The staff were genuinely helpful. I got answers to all my questions. the room was very clean and tidy, which i definitely appreciated after a long day.

My room was quite small. It felt a bit claustrophobic. also, there weren't any towel hooks in the bathroom, so i struggled to dry the towels between uses.

The staff were very helpful. Fatima at reception was especially lovely. She provided useful information. She answered all our questions, we had a smooth stay. The experience was good overall. I would consider staying again. The location provided good access to nearby amenities.

The air conditioning was not effective enough. Check-in was straightforward. the room temperature regulation was difficult. I could not adjust it to my preferred setting.

the room i was assigned was small. there was hardly any space to move around the bed. the air conditioning unit made a constant loud noise throughout the night , i found it difficult to sleep. it seems maintenance is needed to fix the ac.

The location was super! some shops are very close. the 24-hour front desk was convenient. the staff was really helpful. I could complete check-in quickly. wifi worked great too!

The room was ridiculously small. There was no space around the beds. i was moved to a room with a window, but the window didn't open. i wish i could have opened a window!
